Sewn-in extensions are, just that - sewn-in. A small braid is taken around the head; this is called a "track". Long wefts of hair are then sewn to the track adding length and/or volume. A full head of sewn-in extensions will have about 5 tracks and can take upwards of 5 hours to complete. This method can last upto 3 months and the hair can be removed and re-used again and again.
